You will immediately be able to implement new negotiation strategies that will allow you to enhance every aspect of your daily operations. 

Negotiation skills are used in every aspect of your daily activities. This session will help you use new negotiation strategies more efficiently, while accurately reading and interpreting body language. By increasing your skills in this discipline, you'll be able to negotiate better when dealing with salary challenges, maintaining/attracting top talent, and reducing conflicts between competing factions in the organization. This session will help you:

  • Conduct negotiations using proven strategies that lead to win/win outcomes, while being able to accurately read body language to uncover the meaning of nonverbal communications. 
  • Discover how to set proper markers that will allow you to know when you should consider leaving the negotiation. 
  • How to use emotional intelligence biases to enhance your abilities to accurately detect body language and other nonverbal signals when negotiating.
