Some recruiters think good technology can help you narrow down your talent pool to a select few candidates, but they neglect the importance of “screening in”. Join Ken Perluss as he demonstrates power of “screening in” – using social networks to expand your talent pool and increase the quality of talent you bring in to your company. Using case studies and drawing on more than 30 years of experience recruiting in Silicon Valley, Perluss will teach you concrete strategies to spread the word about your company, hire the best talent, and utilize marketing strategies to change how you recruit. This session will show you:

  • How social media can increase the number of candidates you receive by twofold.
  • Tip on how to use social media in recruiting.
  • The parts of recruiting technology can make more efficient, and which parts require the personal touch.
