This session will demonstrate why you should assess your recruiting function as well as the steps to complete an assessment and present the results to your leadership team. 

Assessment is a critical component of all functions. This session will explore the legal obligations of the recruiting function, as well as best practices to consider. Lori Kleiman will provide action tips for completing the assessment as well as sources you can use to benchmark data. Ways to present the material to the C-suite and gain approval for changes that you need to make for your organization will also be explored. You will learn how to:

  • Align your recruiting function with your organizational goals as well as with your internal customers.
  • Create a proposal for success with both your internal and external customers.
  • Create action plans for changes needed including budgeting.
  • Create action plans that ensure the time spent on your assessment meets the needs of your organization.
