Ms. Higginbotham is founder of When Black Women Gather, LLC, an organization vested in providing safe places for Black women to engage one another and essential others in necessary, sometimes “difficult”, conversations such as Working While Black.  

Ms. Higginbotham is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Howard University, and Rowan University.
