Krista is the co-founder of e2r Solutions® and a Partner in the law firm Woolgar VanWiechen Ketcheson Ducoffe LLP. Krista is an entrepreneurial-minded business executive, with a specialty in human resources.

Krista is client focused, and has provided counsel to clients ranging in size from 10 employees to 10,000. She assists clients in industries ranging from engineering and high technology, to pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. Krista is also an accomplished public speaker who is regularly called upon to speak to employee groups, leadership groups, and the general business community on a plethora of topics related to best practices. Krista is also regularly sought out to comment on a multitude of employment topics in publications across North America, including within several of Canada's leading newspapers.

Krista proactively identifies and implements processes and programs that improve employee retention and satisfaction, enabling the associated increases in productivity and cost savings that inevitably result. Krista's strong implementation and organizational skills enable her to manage multiple projects and clients successfully.
