Sessions

The Project Management for HR Professionals (PM4HR) Plus toolkit complements the introductory to project management toolkit and provides additional tools for larger or more complex projects. You will have a quick refresher on the toolkit from the introductory workshop and also learn new project management concepts including project momentum, branding, and guiding principles. You will also participate in hands-on exercises with the PM4HR Plus toolkit and take away electronic templates including stakeholder analysis, issue management, and risk assessment and mitigation with an overall emphasis on the importance of communications for project success.
