Workplace Application:
Using a combination of lecture, role-play, and case study, this half-day workshop will use "best practice" techniques to ensure you can conduct impartial and defensible investigations of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims.

In our Investigations program, we teach human resources, security, risk management, and loss prevention personnel the hands-on, practical skills necessary to conduct an internal investigation into claims of employee misconduct. We will take you step-by-step through the investigation process. We utilize interactive case studies during the day so that attendees can actually practice these skills. We also teach you to prepare effective documentation at each stage in the investigation process.

* Advanced registration and additional program fees are required for the pre-conference workshops.
