Former U.S. DOL Wage and Hour Administrator Tammy McCutchen will tell you where the nation's overtime laws are headed at this special Rise and Shine session. Tammy is now a shareholder in Littler's Workplace Policy Institute(r) (WPI(tm)) in Washington, DC, but in 2004 she was the principal drafter who modernized the white collar overtime rules.
