Westgate Ballroom A
Tuesday 06/30/2015 02:15 PM - 03:30 PM   Add to calendar
1.25 SHRM PDCs, 1.25 Business Credit | Competencies: Leadership & Navigation, Communication | Intended Audience: Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
Learn an easy-to-remember, practical way to develop change leadership skills in yourself and in others.

Being a change leader requires advanced, and occasionally conflicting, capabilities. Leading change can no longer be considered as a "nice-to-have" skill but as one that is essential for managing uncertainty. You will leave with an understanding of the three components of leading change - understand, act and anchor - and how to recognize and confront barriers to success within each of these components. Austin offers practical actions to help you drive change and develop change leaders.
