Ron Ozminkowski, Ph.D., is Vice President, Research and Development, in the Advanced Analytics Group at Ingenix, and Vice President, Research and Policy at UnitedHealth Group Alliances. He has been conducting health services research and evaluation projects since 1983. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the evaluation of corporate wellness and disease management programs, and has published widely on these and related issues. Dr. Ozminkowski received his Ph.D. in 1989 from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health, with an emphasis in health economics. He also holds Masters Degrees from the University of Michigan, with emphases in medical care organization and applied economics. Before joining Ingenix, Dr. Ozminkowski served as Director, Health & Productivity Research at Thomson Healthcare (Medstat) and as Associate Director of the Institute for Health and Productivity Studies, at Cornell University. He also served as Research Director at Abt Associates Inc., and taught health economics to undergraduate and graduate students at Eastern Michigan University and Mercy College of Detroit.

Lori O'Hara is speech-language pathologist, writer and public speaker. Using her clinical background as a foundation, she teaches businesses to use excellence in communication as a pathway to efficiency and unparalleled service. Lori has brought the principles of communication in business and systems development to industries from health care to manufacturing. She has also authored articles on supervision, management, clinical practice development and speech and language acquisition.

Dr. Frank V. Nunez brings over thirty years of experience in all facets of human resources from employee relations, compensation and training & development to strategic workforce planning, leadership development and organizational change management. He has worked as a front line HRG supporting technology organizations as well as managing HR teams across multiple sites nation-wide. He completed his doctoral degree in organizational change from Pepperdine University in 2010. His dissertation broke new ground in leadership development research by linking the theories of Dr. Karen Horney (Hor-ni) to improving leadership growth. Now focusing on the human side of organizational change, Dr. Nunez helps organizations improve their leadership competence in constructing higher level mental models so that they can act on change rather than be acted upon by change.

Clare Novak is an international leadership consultant, speaker and author.

Ms. Novak has over 15 years’ experience developing passionate and effective leadership. Focusing leaders on vision, developing positive and respectful relationships and executing on the vision produce bottom line business results. Ms. Novak has worked extensively in Egypt, Kuwait, Ukraine and Canada and for global US – based companies with culturally diverse employees.

As Senior Research Director, Shirley Musich is responsible for providing decision support to lead employers and other Ingenix clients through health evaluation, program design and measurement and evaluation processes. Her recent experience includes serving as a Senior Data Analyst at the University of Michigan involved with Integrated database systems and the decision support teams for corporate clients in the administration of their health promotion programs.

Tim Mulligan serves Vulcan Inc, in Seattle, managing a staff of over 25 employees who fulfill employment needs for the organization, develop benefits packages for its very diverse group of employees and handle organizational and strategic challenges that occur in a very unique workplace.  Mulligan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University in 1990 before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994.  He has extensive experience in human resources legal issues having practiced labor and employment law from 1995 – 1998.  Prior to joining Vulcan, Mulligan served as Chief Human Resources Officer for San Diego Zoo Global from 2004 – 2017, and previously spent several years in various Human Resources leadership positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.  Mulligan just recently joined Vulcan Inc. in early 2017.

Bo Mitchell served as Police Commissioner of Wilton, CT for 16 years.

He retired in 2001 to found 911 Consulting.
