You will gain a thorough understanding of the most important labor and employment-related decisions from the Supreme Court and what you need to do to protect yourselves from legal liability.
With each ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court is permanently shaping federal employment law principles. This session will examine the key employment law decisions from the last few terms—focusing on the facts of each case, the court’s rationale, the long-term implications and how the decision will impact the employer community. This session will also include a review of pending cases for the upcoming term.
