This session will review the steps involved in designing, implementing and communicating variable incentive plans.
An effective variable pay plan ensures employees focus their efforts on those areas critical to business success, and assists in promoting a pay for performance culture. This session will provide the skills and knowledge needed to develop an effective variable pay plan. We will review why variable pay is on the rise, the types of variable pay programs and examples of each, and identify seven key decisions to make when designing incentive plans.
