This session will offer practical and useful communication tools you can use when communicating complex total rewards programs to your Millennial employees and their families.
It's a perfect storm where we have very complicated total rewards programs, young employees with very short attention spans, and very high standards. This session will outline the issues on the horizon, what your compensation and benefits strategies should be, and then share ways to fix it with advanced communication methods. We will review recent survey data from several Organizational Strategy resources, look at advanced communication methods from the world of marketing and sales, and agree on advanced metrics to measure the success or failure of your communication strategies toward Millennials.
