Jack is the CEO of the Total Solutions Group a strategic consulting and results-based training firm. They bring distinct capability in culture/organizational transformation, organization wide strategic planning & alignment, leadership development (executive level down to first time managers), and large-scale change management.

Prior to and while leading the Total Solutions Group Jack served as 
•    Chief Executive Officer, Chief Culture Officer and Chief Learning Officer at 4 different organizations that were needed as part of their growth expansion, M&A or turnaround
•    Senior Consultant & Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training where he led large scale strategic change and customized on-site training for their clients 
•    Director of Corporate Partnerships at a sport marketing firm where he lead key growth campaigns for corporate clients and sports properties such as the NFL, PGA, ATP & WTA
