The outcome of the 2012 election provides new energy to the HR issues that will be before the 113th Congress in 2013 and the focus of the second term Obama Presidency. The implications of the workplace regulatory agenda and HR public policy initiatives the President and Congress will put forward will have a real impact on the workplace.
