This session focuses on the onboarding needs of the hourly workforce, by highlighting key findings from field research with various hourly workforces, to provide a thorough understanding of what the onboarding needs of hourly workers are. You will understand how onboarding programs can be designed for hourly workers, leading to increased engagement, retention, and performance.
