Marla Bradley founded Bradley Lambert (BLI) in 1979, with a vision to improve the performance of organizations by developing skills and knowledge of individuals who work and manage in them. Ms. Bradley leads the organization in developing learning solutions, consulting with clients on their training needs; designing individual training products for clients and helping in their implementation.

Ms. Bradley is a much sought after facilitator and public speaker. She has facilitated thousands of meetings from Board of Director planning meetings to rescuing teams that are failing to make progress. She is asked to give key note speeches on organizational improvement issues at corporate off site meetings and planning sessions. She and her team regularly conduct workshops for the clients or facilitate high level presentations by client executives and senior staff to employees.

Ms. Bradley has been an adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University in their Executive MBA Program. She has been a lead instructor and program designer for the Certificate in Management Effectiveness, an executive program offered through the University of Southern California (USC), Graduate School of Business Administration. She also has conducted seminars for the Instructional Television Network at USC.

Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration from USC.

Annette Snyder is senior Human Resources professional, national speaker, facilitator and SHRM contributor. Annette has over 20 years of experience working in the high-tech, ecommerce and professional sports industries. Annette has worked in conjunction with the California State Council and the Society for Human Resources Management to develop the California State Certification test specifications for the Human Resource Certification Institute. She served as team leader and subject matter expert on the project task force who developed the study materials for the SHRM California Learning System. Finally, Annette is an active member of the HR community serving as a Board Member and 2010 Board President of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA).

Dr. Iris Firstenberg is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology, UCLA and Adjunct  Professor of Management at UCLA Anderson. She specializes in strategies for creative problem solving and innovative thinking.

Dr. Firstenberg also conducts seminars on creativity and innovation for a wide cross-section of Fortune 500 organizations, including companies in aerospace, software, healthcare, defense, telecommunications, energy, financial services, retail, and pharmaceuticals, as well as government agencies such as NASA.

Her latest book, Extraordinary Outcomes: Shaping an Otherwise Unpredictable Future (John Wiley & Sons, 2014), provides a practical framework to help organizations navigate in a world of uncertainty.

Dr. Firstenberg is the recipient of the 2002 UCLA Department of Psychology Faculty Distinguished Teaching Award and the 2011 UCLA Extension Distinguished Teaching Award.

Linda Robertson is a Certified Financial Planner™ with Financial Finesse, the leading provider of unbiased financial education for employers nationwide. With over 20 years of experience, Linda has facilitated thousands of financial education workshops to employees on a variety of topics ranging from basic money management and retirement planning to advanced estate planning, in addition to providing financial coaching to numerous employees one on one over the phone and in person at their worksites. Linda writes a nationally syndicated weekly blog on workplace financial education. As a full-time educator, Linda has acquired a good feel for what does and doesn't work in the way of making a lasting impact on employees with financial education.

Kathy Mosgrove is a certified Project Management Professional and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has led numerous HR projects across North America and around the world in both the private and public sectors. An active volunteer, Kathy established the Human Resources Specific Interest Group with the Project Management Institute in 2003 and served as president for five years. Kathy has conducted workshops, written articles and shared resources on the Internet to bring practical project management to HR with PM4HR™. And this includes recently implementing a practical project management solution across multiple departments in the Government of Canada.

Jessica Miller-Merrell is the Founder of Workology, a workplace resource for HR, recruiting professionals and business leaders, and host of the Workology Podcast. The site has been listed twice as a top 75 career resource by Forbes. Jessica is the president and CEO of Xceptional HR, a human capital strategy and consulting agency. Lieutenant-Commander Dave King enrolled in the Canadian Forces in 1985 as a Naval Operations Officer. Following 14 years at sea, he jumped ship to the Human Resources field and was posted to National Defence Headquarters in Ottawa as the Career Manager for 800 sailors. Furthering his HR experience, he entered the recruitment stream and held the positions of Regional Director of Recruiting Operations for Atlantic Canada and strategic recruiting advisor to the Director General Recruiting and Military Careers in Ottawa. Dave is currently employed within the Directorate of Maritime Personnel working on future fleet personnel policy and establishment and early career retention strategies.
