Jennifer Kraft is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw with experience advising Fortune 500 companies on the myriad of complex laws impacting employee benefits. Jennifer assists clients with health care reform compliance as well as cost containment measures such as health savings accounts and wellness programs. She is a member of Seyfarth's cross-departmental Health Care Reform Team which is a team of firm lawyers from different practice areas working together to assess the different ways health care reform will impact our clients and develops strategies for response. Sarah Michel is a networking expert who works with organizations and associations to help their people leverage the power of their network to do their job faster, better and easier. Since 1996, she has been an in-demand international keynoter and corporate trainer helping people with perfecting their connecting. Sarah’s book, Perfecting Connecting; A Guide to Mastering Networking in the Workplace was published by Telos Publications in 2005. Christine Zebrowski is an Employment Lawyer, Arbitrator, Mediator and Trainer. She is an experienced legal practitioner in the employment law field and has served as an Associate Attorney for the law firm of LeBouef, Lamb, Green and MacRae (now Dewey & LeBoeuf), as in-house employment counsel for the National Geographic Society, and in her current role as the Owner of her own employment law boutique firm, Overbrook Law. Her experience in alternative dispute resolution includes serving as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, as a Mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court, and as a representative of both plaintiffs and defendants in many forms of ADR. She also created a company-wide ADR program for the resolution of employment law disputes while serving as in-house counsel for the National Geographic Society, which is in its seventh year of successful operation.

Enrique Zaldivar is an international leadership development consultant, speaker, and executive coach, with over 30 years of leadership experience. Judy Young is Associate Director at the Executive Education of Cornell University’s ILR School. Judy  is a frequent presenter at major diversity, employment, and veteran-focused conferences and she is a member of the speaker’s bureau of the Society of Human Resource Management.
