John-Anthony is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Corporate Voices’ workforce readiness development and implementation, including overseeing workforce readiness research, public policy, and working with Corporate Voices’ partner companies and other business leaders to identify leading edge models and business practices. He works with not-for-profit and advocacy leaders, and policymakers, to educate them about the business perspective on critical issues that impact working families. He has held various human resources and operations management roles, in a variety of from small to large non-profits and private firms, touching numerous sectors including social services, healthcare, information technology, professional services, most recently running KPMG’s corporate citizenship programs, managing key relationships with various national education and workforce development non-profits.
