Jeanetta Darno is the CEO of Strategic HR Advisors a company focused on enabling leaders and leadership teams to achieve peak performance through inclusion and engagement. She started her company to deliver the services and products she wished were available when she was a HR Leader & Global Chief Diversity Officer. She is sought after consultant and speaker on the topics of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. 

Ms. Darno is a military veteran who served as an airborne officer in the US Army where she led teams in the Middle East, Asia, Egypt, Operations Desert Shield and Storm.  She is the recipient of numerous diversity awards and under her leadership companies have been recognized for inclusive cultures and best places to work by a range of business publications, government agencies and professional organizations.
