This presentation will show you, as the Chief Human Capital expert, how to turn the strategic planning effort from long and difficult to short, easy and incredibly effective.

Track: Strategic Management

Strategic planning is the organizations process for deciding upon its direction, making decisions and allocating resources. It is the thinking part of the equation. Enterprise performance management is the organizations process for performing and measuring that performance. It is the doing part of the equation. The problem is that very often the two processes never connect. And very often we miss one very critical question. This presentation will show you how to connect these two processes in one iterative system.
