The mobile workforce is now the norm, not the exception. The benefits can be significant in terms of productivity and effectiveness. However, rising costs and risks have emerged with the explosive growth of the mobile workforce. Many companies are not aware if the money they are spending on employee mobility is benefitting them. A mobile workforce strategy is essential. This session will provide a roadmap for developing a mobile workforce strategy and measuring its success.
