Scott Ahlstrand

Scott Ahlstrand is a Senior Vice President, Talent Management, RIGHT MANAGEMENT AND global head of ManpowerGroup’s Strategic Workforce Consulting practice. In this role, Ahlstrand oversees all strategic planning, sales, delivery, solutions design and development for the practice. Ahlstrand ALSO serves as a member of Right Management’s Center of Excellence.

Previously Ahlstrand had a 27 year career with Gallup Consulting where he was the highest-ranked and most decorated consultant. His breath of expertise includes account leadership to major engagements, growth and acquisition of key accounts across various industries and a long track record in the capacity of strategic advisor to many C-level Fortune 500 Executives in the design, deployment and integration of comprehensive talent management solutions.

Ahlstrand has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Nebraska.
