Choi Sung Weon, HR Department Head, Hyundai Card & Hyundai Capital Choi Sung Weon serves as the HR Department Head for Hyundai Card & Hyundai Capital. Established in 1993, Hyundai Capital is Korea’s No. 1 provider of consumer financial products, including auto financing, auto leasing services, personal loans and home mortgages.
