We’ve spent the last year getting a handle on what’s in store for our plans/workplaces under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and, implementing the first phase of requirements. As we approach 2014, the Act provides little flexibility for employers to address costs. HR will be challenged to coordinate benefits costs in the organization's employment/labor relations strategy. In this session, we’ll cover employer requirements and help you develop a successful implementation and employee communication plan.
