Institutional brain drain is a huge risk today. Years of wisdom will evaporate with the coming tsunami of baby boomer retirements compounded by Gen X and Gen Y workers changing jobs as the economy rebounds. This session will expose you to strategies for mitigating this risk, by first understanding what makes a person an expert on the job, and then by showing how to leverage that wisdom in knowledge management, career development, and mentoring programs.
