In this interactive session, you will learn how to get employees to understand how complying with workplace requirements benefits your own leaders, staff and business objectives, while minimizing personal and enterprise risk. Additionally, you will identify simple behavioral rules that can have an immediate and measurable impact on compliance, inclusion and culture. You will view brief prerecorded scenarios and participate in trial simulations learning behavioral models and tools you can apply in your workplaces.
