Don't waste a good crisis. In this advanced strategy session, we examine the evolving world of health insurance through the eyes of the CFO, and review four specific areas of financial concern. With those concerns defined, we shift to 'Next Step' strategies to get in front of those issues with proactive tactics that are revenue neutral. We will use concepts that CFOs know and respect: accountability, valid metrics, feedback loops, and fiscal responsibility.
