OFCCP has literally thrown out the old enforcement “Rule Book.” In this session, we’ll explore OFCCP’s changing approach to investigating employer compliance with veterans and disability regulations. We’ll also discuss the agency’s cutting-edge methodology to investigate compliance with the regulations, adverse impact and compensation in compliance reviews. Finally, we’ll provide practical advice how to self-audit employment practices and to respond to OFCCP audit questions.
