1.25 Global Credit | Competencies: HR Expertise, Consultation, Global & Cultural Effectiveness | Intended Audience: Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
This session will share key learning lessons from the field, when it comes to culture strategy and integration – examining organizational, national, gender and generational culture integration strategies.

In a 2013 Deloitte survey, 51% of American CEOs identified “achieving culture fit” as the greatest human capital challenge and risk in an M&A. When an M&A involves companies from two or more countries, organizational culture challenges are compounded by national business culture differences. This session will share lessons learned as well as strategies for how you can position yourself as an integral part of the strategy process, making sure that vital human capital elements are just as prioritized as the financial aspects of the integration.
