Attendees will learn how to turn employees into “inclusifyers,” by putting their emotions to work.
More than ever, the challenge to build sustainable inclusive workplace cultures in America has grown in complexity. In this session you will learn how people, regardless of our background, can use EQ and our unique personal experiences to become inclusion advocates at work.
Learning Objectives:
- Define the impact and challenges to DE&I from the last 18-months of workplace disruptions.
- Understand the science (emotional technology) that supports how people can use their emotions and experiences toward building inclusive workplaces.
- Apply simple and practical tools to help people use their EQ and personal experiences to build inclusive workplaces.
