She’ll walk through the seven-step framework she uses to help you drive work flex strategies and initiatives in your workplace, based on her work with award-winning, flexible workplaces like WellStar Health System, Bank of America, and Sara Lee. You will walk away with strategies on how to:

• Lead a workplace flexibility initiative;

• Build the business case for flex;

• Implement support and training programs for managers of flex teams; and

• Engage entire departments in evaluating how flex can work for them

• Measure the ROI of flex initiatives.
