We all know that organizational goals rely on the high performance of motivated employees. How can a leader with a busy schedule and tight budget engineer a high performing, motivated team? Achieve Global Talent is a strategic, strength-based program that provides specific modules in onboarding, staff development and performance reviews with clear steps, templates and tips for implementing each of these programs. This program has been implemented by ACDI/VOCA, an international development organization operating in over 40 countries.
