Senior-level HR leaders play a crucial role in the development and support of organizational collaboration. Their support is for vital for driving agreement, engagement and commitment across the organization. Breaking through barriers and improving organizational alignment to achieve strategic goals requires a balance of strategic priorities and influence at the executive level. • Analyze their professional networks and determine how effective the networks are in accomplishing their goals.
