In this session, you will learn how to apply the statutory and regulatory language of the FMLA to real-world situations.
The FMLA is a constant in your lives, and has been for nearly twenty years. Despite this, we're still trying to figure out the best way to handle its complexities in a way that both complies with the law while also making good business sense. In this interactive session, you will confront real-world situations (taken from various cases nationwide) and be allowed to flex your HR muscles to see whether your approach to solving the problems presented match up with how the courts decided the cases.
