Sonia Aranza


Ms. Sonia Aranza is an accomplished Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert with 25+ years of experience serving top organizations including Boeing, CIA, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, NASA and more. She was selected to execute congressionally mandated Diversity programs for several landmark cases.  The U.S. Department of Labor describes Ms. Aranza’s work as “Outstanding.”  She conducts executive sessions for global leaders of major corporations and senior officials in government.  The Society for Human Resource Management selected Ms. Aranza as a featured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert in HR Magazine.  She serves on the Faculty of Howard University’s Executive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program.  Ms. Aranza was honored “Outstanding Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Asian American Women, honored “100 Most Influential Filipina-Americans in the United States” and honored “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World.”
