Chris Dustin


As Senior Vice President of Organizational Development, Chris Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm’s consulting operations.  These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process.  He is actively involved in conducting leadership presentations, training sessions, and workshops sharing best practices and strategic advice on how to improve clients’ overall business outcomes.  Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, concentrating in Management.  He is a native of Colorado and moved to Chicago in 1997.
