Howard A. Wallack, MA, MSc, SHRM-SCP, GPHR is Deputy Chief HR & Administrative Officer at Jhpiego in Baltimore, MD, a non-profit affiliate of The Johns Hopkins University. Operating in 40 countries with 3,900 employees, Jhpiego works to save lives, improve health, and transform the futures of women, children, and their families in lower-resourced countries through access to – and better delivery – of health care. Howard supports Jhpiego’s recruitment, employee relations, and staff training, with primary responsibility for Jhpiego's Leadership Development Program (JLDP). Previously, Howard worked at SHRM, Goodwill Industries International, the US Peace Corps, and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).
