More than ever, recruiting and staffing is a multidimensional process of contracting with hiring managers, third-party recruiting organizations, and even candidates, job prospects and leads. How we manage all of the moving parts of the recruiting process is essentially the skill of project management. This session will discuss how to set up the project of recruiting effectively and how to execute the various stages of the project using key project management strategies.
