Tim Orellano, PHR is the President of the Human Resources Team, a Little Rock, Arkansas based human resources management consulting firm. He has over 30 years of successfully helping organizations and HR colleagues in the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans and OFFCP audit preparedness. His consulting firm works as a strategic business partner to help organizations with their human resource needs and strategies. He serves clients from coast to coast in a wide range of industries with an emphasis in Affirmative Action compliance.

He has served in many SHRM leadership Board roles regionally and nationally and is certified in the HR profession. He is currently serving as the Chair for the Arkansas Industry Liaison Group an organization whose mission is to develop open lines of communication with employers and the OFCCP and the EEOC.
