You will begin to understand ways that religion impacts employee and patient populations, and how to proactively address those issues. 

As health care workforces and patient populations continue to become more culturally and religiously diverse, the health care workplace faces unique challenges. Fowler will illustrate the business imperative for addressing religious diversity in the health care workplace. You will begin to understand the ways in which religious identity and experience impact patient decision-making, and how to proactively address religion to reach bottom-line business goals like improved patient satisfaction, employee retention, and recruitment.
