This session will educate you on key strategies to build an effective injury management and return to work program with proactive policies that end the injury settlement cycle. Learn how to manage injured employees who refuse to work despite medical assurances that they are able to as well as balance the urge to terminate the employee against the company's exposure to ADA, FMLA and other spin-off litigation. This session will assist you in creating a Workers Compensation Injury Management Program that returns injured employees back to their pre-injury jobs successfully.
