The FMLA is every bit as confusing and troubling as ever twith he constantly evolving regulations offering little guidance. The key is understanding how the FMLA works in the real world. In this interactive session, you will confront actual situations, taken from real cases, and see whether your approach to solving the problems match up with how the courts viewed the same issues. Learn about recent FMLA legal decisions and how they apply to the average company and gain the confidence needed to handle difficult FMLA situations despite a lack of assistance from the DOL or federal regulations.
