Many organizations are moving employee communications from paper to electronic form for a number of reasons, including timeliness and cost savings. Can employee benefit plan disclosures be provided electronically as well? This session will review the numerous ERISA-required disclosures and the current rules for distributing those disclosures electronically to plan participants and beneficiaries.
