You will receive both templates to help you get your company started on the road to measure the strategic value of talent management processes. This session will show you how to:

  • Build a tactical HR dashboard that provides visibility into people processes.
  • Build a strategic dashboard that covers recruiting, performance, learning, engagement and service delivery.
