The strategic value of HR lies in our ability to tie our efforts and talent management processes to the goals our company. This session will discuss the realities HR is living and how we can mitigate them in everyday functions. This session will use two real companies as examples: one that built a holistic talent management scorecard to align HR efforts to the goals of the organization, and another that developed a basic tactical HR dashboard to monitor HR effectiveness. You will receive both templates to help you get your company started on the road to measure the strategic value of talent management processes. This session will show you how to:

  • Build a tactical HR dashboard that provides visibility into people processes.
  • Build a strategic dashboard that covers recruiting, performance, learning, engagement and service delivery.
  • Tie HR efforts to business objectives and ultimately prove the value you bring to your organization.
