• Sign in with your SHRM credentials or the email address you used to register for INCLUSION 2023.
• Click SCHEDULE to view your session options.
• Add a session to your schedule by clicking the calendar icon.

Web Format

• Browse session options under the LEARN tab.
• Click "Add to Agenda" to customize your schedule.

Other tips to get the most out of your experience:

• To get recommendations on sessions you may enjoy as well as attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors you should network with, build your profile by uploading your photo and filling in your role and your interests
• Take advantage of the multiple ways to participate in sessions. You can join sessions in person onsite, livestream sessions right on your own device or watch sessions later on demand.*

INCLUSION 2023 App

The app will be available about one month prior to the conference. This is your one-stop shop for must-know event information where you can:

• Reference maps of the Savannah Convention Center.
• Plan your schedule and take session surveys.
• Livestream a handful of virtual sessions from your device.
• Find and network with fellow attendees, speakers and INCLUSION Marketplace partners in the Attendee Directory.
• View resources including the event FAQs.
• Sync your social media accounts to share your #SHRMINCLUSION experience.

Virtual Platform Access

As part of your in-person registration, you will gain access to the INCLUSION 2023 virtual event platform about one month prior to the conference through a unique link being sent via email. Log in with your SHRM credentials so you can:

• Build your agenda and take session surveys.
• Network with other attendees through chat or Discussion Groups.
• Find related resources, event info and FAQs.
• Re-watch sessions for 30 days postconference.

Jump-start Your Networking

Join your fellow attendees at the opening INCLUSION Marketplace reception on Sunday, Oct. 29, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and make new connections as you prepare for three days of inspiring conversations about creating a more equitable world of work.

Find other like-minded colleagues throughout the conference based on your Interest Groups. This optional style of networking will group together attendees with similar interests through the app and virtual platform suggestions. You'll benefit from easily identifying your peers and enjoy more opportunities to make meaningful connections. Interest Groups are as follows:

Jump-start Your Networking

Attendees can connect during Networking Experiences that are scheduled throughout the conference and allow you to interact with other virtual attendees via video and chat. Networking Experiences include the Empathy Water Cooler brought to you by Confetti, photo booths by Snapbar, and Hot Topic Networking Discussions.

For real-time networking and community building, live chat provides a space where attendees can learn and grow together. At any time during the event, you can connect with any attendee via chat and by going to CONNECT or choosing ATTENDEES under the DIRECTORY button.

You can also have chat conversations in Discussion Groups with other virtual attendees. Join a preset chat conversation such as Hot Topics or Just for Fun.

During sessions, we encourage you to chat and comment in the chat window located next to each video.
