Mr. Tower’s primary areas of practice are labor and employment law, and litigation. Representative Experience: -More than 16 years of experience representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment law litigation, traditional labor union work, labor-management relations, and -business advice and counseling -Administrative practice before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and the National Labor Relations Board -Significant litigation experience in federal courts defending claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII -Taken numerous cases to verdict for employers in Virginia and North Carolina state courts
