Leonard Court is a nationally recognized management lawyer who speaks at seminars throughout the United States. He was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 1997 as part of the second group to be so honored. He has been recognized as a "Star Individual" by Chambers USA- America's Leading Lawyers for Business. He chairs the Wage, Hour and Leave Subcommittee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Labor Relations Committee. He was inducted in 2006 into the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association Hall of Fame-the highest honor given by that organization.
