Mr. Fitzgerald is a trial attorney with over 21 years of experience. His practice includes variety defense litigation, including employment law, directors and officers’ liability, professional liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Fitzgerald teaches trial practice and frequently lectures on employment-related issues. He also serves as General Counsel for non-profit organizations. Mr. Fitzgerald is the Managing Partner of Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP’s Southern California office.
