Scott Franklin is a well known Organizational Change Management educator, facilitator and consultant. A graduate of the US Naval Academy and former nuclear trained submarine officer, Scott started his career as an IT director then focused the next 8 years as the Senior Vice President leading a 60 person organizational change consulting practice. Scott has provided education, training and coaching to companies all over the world on leading organizational change. His articles have been published in numerous professional periodicals and he is a frequent speaker and presenter at industry conferences and workshops. A natural entertainer, Scott’s workshops are active learning events featuring stories, activities, and class participation.
